Computational techniques for the automated musical accompaniment problem

In this seminar we will present the algorithms and the results obtained so far of some techniques concerning the central problems of automated musical accompaniment: score following and accompaniment generation. In addition, we will present the MetaMatcher: element created to combine all implemented tracking techniques by running them in parallel and getting a greater reliability of the information extracted from the performance.
